The Pacific 24 is the latest generation of Pacific craft within the Halmatic range of products. It is proven in service with the UK MOD, UK police and overseas military and para-military organisations. Standard internal layout includes central control console with instrument panel, emergency engine ‘kill’ switch, navigation equipment and fire detection system with visual and audible display on console.
The external fit-out includes an aft fitted ‘A’ frame with capsize reversal system, navigation lights, waterproof stowage container and antenna. Fittings include a stern crash protection bar, towing bollard on foredeck, two towing eyes aft on transom, two mooring cleats on ‘A’ frame and transom ‘letter box’ type deck drains. The single point lifting hook is Henriksen HMK3.5 or similar. Dry running ability allows engines to be started on davits.
The 500mm diameter heavy-duty collar is constructed from 1200g/m neoprene composite tube. The collar is easily removable for repair or replacement by sliding from the ‘wineglass’ rail system. There are seven compartments each with a relief valve. The collar is fitted with solid neoprene cladding, lifelines, paddle stowage, stowage pouches, reflective patches and bow towing eye plus tow line release painter and toggle.
Within the Halmatic range of RIBs there are multiple possibilities of ‘off the shelf’ proven designs and innovative bespoke solutions. Options include outboard petrol and inboard diesel with stern drive and water jet. A complete repair and refit service is offered plus dedicated spares department and experienced technicians are available for support worldwide.
